Players Withdrawing from Tournament:
To formally WD from the tournament, players must contact the Tournament Director via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Failing to do so and “No Showing” will result in loss of tournament privileges in future years and a label of “NS” in our media information. Players who WD on or before June 8th receive tournament fees less $50 administration costs. Players who WD on June 9th or after do not receive a refund of tournament fees.
